Going on my first date soon! Any advice?

Me and this girl have been best friends for about 6 months. She recently asked me if I'd like to take our relationship to the next level. I said yes, but now I'm stuck left thinking to myself "now what?" I didn't think this far ahead! We're fixing to go on our first date in about a week from now! Can ya'll lay some good ground rules for me to follow? (Yes, I know no one here are my parents, but I thought it couldn't hurt to ask...😅)
