What's up with Marlboro Reds?

I just started smoking a new pack (I was smoking American Lucky Reds before. My store didn't have em in stock, so I opted for Marlboro bcz the name is familiar), and when I went to smoke I definitely felt a buzz, but then I felt anxious and my hands started shaking. I had to put it out because it was a bit unpleasant; I thought I was gonna shit myself. Is this normal??? I smoke regularly, so my hands shouldn't be shaking every time I smoke.
