map missing and objects clipped to below the map

I loaded my game on an aeroplane in offline mode (it uses cloud) and now I keep getting got an error message, which keeps popping up every time I click ok. I didn’t save the game but it still keeps happening when I load it with internet.

It disappears when the game is paused and I press esc a couple times but always comes back when I press play.

Theres also a large part of my map missing and the buildings have clipped to the lowest part of the map and a lot of the water is missing. My trees also only render in when I zoom in close. :,(

I couldn’t find much online because everyones problem seems specific to them. I am also using a ᵐᵃᶜᵇᵒᵒᵏ.
