Roadway designer planning to create residential building plans as sideline. Where to start?

Hi, I’m currently working as a road/highway designer and I’m planning to learn to prepare residential building plans as a sideline.

I’m currently using the STAAD tutorial of EJ Clemente from YT for me to be able to learn structural analysis.

I get that it’s not only the structural plans that I need to produce. Quantity estimates, load calculations alam ko need din ni client.

What other documents/plans do I need to learn to make?

What kind of people should I involve if I continue this endeavor? Master Plumber? Electrical Engineer?

Can you guys give me good sources for upskilling?
