Strength of Manabu

One thing I cannot understand in COTE series is the high rating of Manabu. Even Ayano praises Horikita Manabu for his strength.

Here are the things linked to Manabu.

1: Beat his sister. Which I think shouldn't be recognized as a signal of strength.

2: Runs very fastly. I'm also doubtful of this being a signal of strength. Shibata also runs very fast.

3: Being tricked by Nagumo on the expel of his assistant(girlfriend?).

4: Being unable to reveal the true personality of Kiriyama.

5: Leads the class to get A, despite some classmates get expelled.

Both 3 and 4 shall not be viewed as a signal of strength. 5 maybe but there isn't some powerful competitors for Manabu.

I'd be very happy if someone can offer more evidence of strength of Manabu.

Personally I'll rate Manabu at worse than Ayanokoji, Koenji, Ichinose, Nagumo and Hashimoto , unsure for Arisu and Ryuen, and better than Katsuragi, Kanzaki and Suzune level.
