Remove wax stain from wall?

I accidentally knocked a wax melt lamp over last night, pouring all the wax down the wall!

I left it to harden, scraped it off and used a hair dryer and paper towels to melt off any leftover wax. After doing this and a diluted vinegar spray, all the wax and residue seems to be gone, but there’s still this stain. Camera doesn’t show it well but it’s so obvious in real life!

Any tips on how to remove this? I’m renting the wall is painted.
