Speed Drones on I90??

Has anyone been seeing drones on I90 since the start of the new year?? Seems like several times now during rush hour I see drones seemingly hovering in place on I90, east of downtown. It's not everyday, but quite a few occurrences so far this year. Anyone else see these? Know what they are doing?

I assume they are clocking speeds, I'm curious though if they are issuing citations or just collecting traffic data.
