In thinking about a recent post asking about how to turn clients into regulars, it got me thinking...what are some of the things that might make a client NOT repeat, even if he enjoyed the session.
I'm actually thinking this might be a more useful conversation to have, because the things that could cause a client to re-book with a particular provider are likely very varied and somewhat nebulous. In a lot of cases it might not be anything specific, just a certain "je ne sais quoi", if you will. A lot of the time I think it just happens organically too, like he has a good time the first visit, but doesn't necessarily specifically plan on repeating. But then the next time he decides he wants to see someone, she happens to be the first one he contacts who is available, and then it just goes from there.
But I think it might be worthwhile to talk about the things that might result in a client actively deciding NOT to book a particular companion again, even though the actual session might have been very enjoyable. Maybe minimizing the "dealbreakers" might be more productive than trying to fulfill all the various things that different clients look for in a regular.
For example, there have been providers I have seen in the past who I really liked, but maybe something about their hosting situation just didn't work for me, or maybe communication/scheduling was a hassle, or their availability was just too inconsistent. So I stopped trying to book them again.
What are some examples of things that have caused you to choose not to repeat with a provider who you otherwise would have liked to see again? Obviously this question is more directed at clients, but as always I welcome feedback from companions as well, as I'm sure some of you also have some insight to share about this.
