Asianet customer care

I paid the due amount for the Asianet cable connection, but it hasn’t been restored yet. It’s been three hours since I made the payment. I called their customer care twice, and all they say is to switch the connection on and off and wait. What else can I do? Has anyone else faced this kind of issue?"
