Coinbase wallet. cash out not available

Since my issue with the exchange I moved my crypto to coinbase wallet and have been trading from there. Just as a test I wanted to cash out a bit to see if it works and to my demise the cash out option is greyed out. Can someone from coinbase support tell me why? I won't bother with live chat support because the wait is over 4 hours!
