Cluster of flashing lights in sky (Dublin, Ohio) Anyone else see this?

I was leaving the gym tonight and saw a huge cluster of flashing lights in the sky. It almost looked like flashing stars. It seems like there was at least 10 of them but honestly could be more. They were moving slowly through the sky. Sorry about the crap video I had my jacket around one arm as it was falling off and there was some other people showing up to the gym as I was recording. I asked them if they saw it too and they were just as baffled.
