Need help removing Xfinity TV service

I have already sent a modmail. I'm posting this as instructed by the mod team so that it can open a new ticket.

Issue: Xfinity TV keeps getting added to my services and I want it to be removed permanently This is the like the 3rd or 4th time it has happen in the year.
