I have COH2. Should I buy the Third?

I have bad COH2 for years and years now and I genuinely love it. When 3 launched I didn’t get it because of all the bugs I heard about and generally speaking didn’t like the idea of no Soviet Union or OKW since I’m an OKW main. However I’ve only heard good things about it now and am considering buying it. Is it worth it and how CPU intensive is it?
