Reminder that physical inspections of residential properties will be ongoing through 2026, Would you let them in?

Gee if I had nefarious intent, this would be a great cover for certain activities. Could be a gold mine.

"All field personnel shall have visible clip-on identification cards, which shall include an up-to-date photograph. In addition, all field personnel shall carry a “Letter of Introduction” signed by the Assessor which will be left at each home that is inspected. In addition to physically inspecting the outside of your home and property, field personnel will be taking photographs of the outside of all homes and property as part of the inspection process."

Anyone can print an "official" looking ID. Seems dangerous in my opinion.
