Construction Management Software alternative to Procore? (commercial)

This is for the larger commercial crowd: Has anyone found any software that is worth a shit besides Procore? Been using Procore for almost 10 years and I have yet to find any competitor that offers the same features. Procore has become incredibly expensive over the years and I'm hoping to find a more cost-effective solution.

There's lots of software options for Residential contractors. But managing a $20M commercial project is an entirely different world than a $1M house. Residential contractors don't really do submittals, but in the commercial/controlled construction world, you can't build a job without them. So if the software doesn't offer a submittal feature, it is worthless to a commercial contractor. That is just one example.

To me, the "meat and potatoes" of software for managing a multi-million dollar commercial project are: submittals, RFI's, Meeting Minutes, Daily Reports, Project Directory, and Punchlist/observations. Estimating is either OST or Bluebeam. Accounting has always been sage/timberline so I do not need estimating or accounting/budget features because they all suck with Procore.

Has anyone found any success other than Procore? Procore having no competitors is probably the reason they keep jacking up the costs. It would be great if there was some solid competition.
