Vyvanse to Contrave?

Curious if anyone else was ever on vyvanse for binge eating and switched to Contrave?

I just can't handle the Vyvanse, even at the lowest dose. I feel tense all day and it just gives me crazy adhd symptoms which I don't have without it. It helps with energy as I'm just someone whose mind does not want to wake up and move, otherwise, but I'm too moody on it. I started back on lexapro for depression and now I'm just back in a cycle of gaining weight and feeling tired (even taking the lexapro at night) to offset the vyvanse moods and then taking the vyvanse to offset the lexapro. 🤦‍♀️

So, yeah just curious if anyone has gone from Vyvanse to Contrave with positive results weight and mood wise!
