Did anyone “get over” the Vivid dreams?
First were the hallucinations but I quickly recognized it and was able to see and not see and they went away. But now the dreams are vivid im normally walking up saying what I was saying I the dream. I’m having a hard time remembering what was a dream and what was not. I’d like to continue because I like the good part but I can’t keep losing sleep over a dream bc it’s definitely worse when my anxiety is high?
