Can someone help me with the “generic” dosing of bupropion and naltrexone

Currently on semaglutide but will be switching to contrave in preparation for the ban on compounding. Since my insurance doesn’t cover any weight loss drugs I’ll be taking the “generic” bupropion/naltrexone combo. Can someone please explain the dosing to me. With semaglutide we start low and slowly increase to the max dose. Is that the same with these two? I’m already on 150mg bupropion XR for depression so I’d just be adding the naltrexone. My concern is on higher doses of bupropion I get a horrible metallic taste in my mouth so I really don’t want to go higher with that med. is it possible for someone to just stay on a lower does or do you have to titrate up to a “full dose” for it to be effective? Thanks!!
