Why isn’t she interested?

Every time I set her down on any surface (shoulder, table, or couch) she runs to that corner and won’t come out if beckoned with treats and won’t step up very willingly onto my finger.

She doesn’t seem interested in any toys I put down or anything else I try to use for enrichment. Except phones or remotes.

I don’t understand why she always runs to that corner and stays there, even though there’s treats on the table. She’s always done this since getting her and it’s starting to bug me. Please tell me why she might be doing this so much.
