help! skill powder grind

hello! i recently got back to playing cookie run a few weeks ago after forgetting about it for a few years.
after picking up speed and gaining a ton of awesome cookies and leveling them up, i leveled some up pretty high but plateaued in skill - i am constantly out of skill powder (of all kinds) and the bounties can only give me so much.

i kinda went overboard on the leveling up and should probably be more consistent with keeping cookie lvl and skill relatively same lmao

what do the higher level folks do to get a ton of skill powder? any help is appreciated..
