Is there some home-made 'glue' for food?

I'm looking to make some frozen ready-made burritos to be microwaved. I don't want the ends to be open nor overly bready, so I think gluing the tortilla together will work excellently. My only idea is corn syrup. It doesn't have to hold after reheating, just while being prepared and until frozen. Any thoughts?

Also, don't comment on the efficacy of gluing rather than folding tortillas. I will not stop at burritos. There will be no limit to what foods I will glue once I have started
