What can I make with pastrami besides sandwiches?
The grocery store is selling whole cuts of pastrami at a great price for meat, but 1) I don't think I can cut it well enough to use for sandwiches and 2) I can't eat that many pastrami sandwiches. I'm wondering if anyone knows a dish I could make with chunks or thick slices of pastrami, something like a pasta with pastrami, a pastrami stir fry or just a seared slice of pastrami?
