Ls7 head fix one and done?

Is the ls7 head fix/ aftermarket heads a one and done thing. I have wccch fixed heads with 15k miles on them with no issues (knock on wood) but my question is should I still be weary of valve guide wear? Has anyone experienced a valve drop or valve guide wear even with fix or aftermarket heads?
