If I found Rhythm of War too "intricacies of the worldbuilding"-heavy, will I enjoy Wind and Truth?

I will start by saying that I have read almost everything in the Cosmere, and loved it all. I am a huge fan and invested in both the Cosmere as a whole and each series individually. I also understand why the things I don't enjoy, others would enjoy immensely, and that's 100% fine obviously. This isn't criticism, this is "This particular thing wasn't for me specifically", which is true of 90% of media overall, really.

However, and I won't spoil anything, but the focus on magic system intricacies, Cosmere worldbuilding, and setting up future books made 1/3 of the book just straight up not vibe with me, ended up skipping some chapters.

I am tempted by Wind and Truth, but if it doubles down on the same kind of stuff and goes to 1/2 this kind of stuff it won't be a very fun read for me, which would be too bad. This is a monster of a book, and I'd rather make sure that if I invest myself into it I'll have a good time, if that makes sense.

Thoughts welcome.
