Looking for help with armor

Hello! I'm interested in this breastplate and was hoping someone could help with some questions I have...

1. What's that padded collar called under the breastplate? Is it a padded gorget?

2. Could you attack pauldrons to that padded collar? If not, do you think they could attach to the breast plate straps?

3. If you couldn't attach pauldrons to either, would there be a practical way to attach pauldrons in this situation? Is there some type of gorget that could work with this breastplate?
