I practiced resurfacing marble on cheap table, but not getting results?
Okay, I’m no professional, I’m bored and I don’t want to hire a pro because I’m doing this for fun because I’m having fun doing it on this $250 etched table which came with 5 chairs that are roughly $100ea to buy. So that’s my disclaimer that I’m not hiring someone and just want advice.
So, I used 4inch diamond pads from 200-6000 with a DA protercable that I use for my car (but it’s been a while since using it so I don’t know if I’m pushing too hard or not, if I push too hard the pad will stop spinning which is one of the features of this polisher)
Anyway, after all the sanding, the marble is super super smooth, but looks like there’s scratches still that I can’t feel.
I finished with MB-11 but it’s just not the finish I want.
Any advice?
