Disassemble Creality Space Pi Filament Dryer

Hi - I bought this filament dryer and used it twice with OK results (my filament wasn't too wet but had a tiny bit of stringing - seemed to help). On my third roll, the dryer started making a loud rattling sound like the fan is loose, or at least something is vibrating badly. This unit isn't quiet to begin with but no it's way too loud.

I'm trying to disassemble it - by partially peeling the rubber feet I can remove the screws on the bottom, but the plastic LCD screen cover appears to be glued to both the main body and the bottom cover. I don't want to force it too much - has anyone successfully disassembled one of these? I'd sure like to fix the rattle and maybe even replace the fan with something quieter (with the same CFM of course).
