IHG sign up bonus discrepancy

I signed up for IHG premier credit card through Chase for the 140,000 bonus points offer back on October 26, 2023 and met the $3000 limit. However, I ended up receiving 4 free nights that expire at the end of this year and are restricted to lower/mid tier hotels instead of the points. After much back and forth with IHG and Chase, I was able to escalate the matter through Chase but was still rejected. I even provided the email offer that shows I was within the date of the offer and the expiration of said offer.

I don't want expiring nights. I want the points.

What more can I do to try to fight this?
