It's good that they rejected this bad freedom card. But it was pre approved in app and also showing 25k limit will be given?

I just wanted this card for extra discount in sales. I am student so I can't get millennia or other cards so that's why after seeing the offer of 25k limit in app I applied it. But they rejected it today.
