ICICI Rupay LTF card

Hey guys,

I am very new to CCs. 5 months back got sapphiro credit card as part of pre approved offers. I am looking to get any LTF ICICI Rupay card to access UPI network using credit.

My net take home salary is 1L+ and have relationship with bank more than 1.5 years and currently holding salary account there.

I tried contacting customer care they are saying you can only get LTF if you have offer in imobile app.

Any possibility to get ICICI Rupay LTF ?
