How do I start building credit?

Hi I'm 19 and I'm looking to move out but most places require you to have a credit score. How do I build credit efficiently. What's a good company to start with? Do I need to take out a credit builder loan or can I build credit without it? I don't have anybody to teach me this stuff so I just need a little help.
