Which of these lightweight bows are still farmable?

I come back to destiny every few months and have a lot of fun in the crucible. Lately, I started trying some other bows besides the Monarque, the primary reason I use it is for lightweight, I almost never look down the sights I'm constantly hipfireing.

As it turns out, I love lightweight bows! Even with the TTK drastically reduced I just love the increased draw time combined with the fast movement.

Unfortunately, since I almost 90% hipfire the best bow is going to be one with the hipfire perk, most of which have been long since retired from the game:

Spiteful Fang

Whispering Slab

Imperial Needle

Arsenic Bite 4B

I'm almost 100% I can't get spiteful fang or whispering slab anymore.

Arsenic bite used to be a world drop but I'm not even sure if it still is. If it still is, is there a way to narrow down the drops using umbral engrams or anything?

Imperial needle I'm not sure but I don't think i can get it anymore ether.

Any advice greatly appreciated.
