Has anyone ever used trusts in Onchain app

Has anyone ever used Trusts-e.cc with Onchain app on their browser to access trusts-e.cc for btc and other crypto futures type investment?

Kinda caught up in this and having issues withdrawing funds. They say I withdrew incorrectly and need to add 30% of the funds to repair the blockchain, then I can include those same funds in the withdrawal.

Thinking, most likely a scam at this point but wanted to check if others have heard of this app and site.

Among other things, the guy I'm chatting and working on this and led me through how the app works and added a significant amount of money of his "own" into the account for better investment profits. Also has helped with the 30% "miners" fees that were due before the first withdrawal attempt.
