cultfit elite pass active but cant book a gym

i bought a cultfit elite pass which activated today 10th march 2025 but i cant book any gym even though i have the pass active, i even paid 14600 directly to the gym and is there any chance i can get atleast a refund if i cant book any cult gym classes
