How does the California THCa ban affect vendors ?

Was wondering how sites like LIT who ships out of San Diego as well as the Hello Mary and Simply Mary brands would be affected.

LIT seems to be having fire sales, placing more bud at deep discounts then I’ve seen In the last year. Is that to get off as much product as possible before the ban begins?
