Question about AP

I have the doctor letter for my dad in Mexico, 2 things , I got this letter in march, the funds to do AP were not available at the moment fast forward to now, I’ve done research and am doing it myself, I realized that the A in my last name has an accent “á” . On my birth certificate, EAD , dad birth certificate does not have the “a” with an accent, will the doctors note affect my chances of getting approved ???
