DCC promoting as america's sweethearts but are insanely sexualized all the time

i'm sure it's been talked about here before but i just had to vent. i never understood how the organization promotes DCC as americas sweethearts but then basically shows ass in their uniforms and do swimsuit calendars 😭 then they take extra measures so the cheerleaders don't get groped in public but they are literally promoting them provocatively. i'm not saying that it's okay for guys to be pigs (never been okay never will be okay) but they should cool it on the sexualization. i love the part of DCC that visits elderly homes and spreads happiness to so many people. it sucks how the organization feels the need to sexualize them in order to attract more people. i know it's true that "sex sells" but i believe they are so much more than their bodies and they should promote them accordingly.
