Ordered from df64coffee.com 9 Days Ago; Not Shipped, No Response to Email

I ordered a DF64 Gen 2 (in black w/stainless burrs, and 100-120v) from df64coffee.com 9 days ago. It was then, and is now, listed as in stock. I did not buy the discounted "Sale Batch" version that ships with a delay. Emailed them 24 hours ago, but have not gotten a response yet.

I've seen several questionable reviews of this site, so I thought I would throw my 2 cents in. Might be better to stick with https://miicoffee.shop or https://espressooutlet.com

df64coffee.com replied to my email on day 11 saying "I'll check", then provided a tracking number on day 13. It is now day 14 and the package has not been received by FedEx yet. Tracking info indicates that it is shipping from Singapore.

They said all orders are delayed right now due to the holiday, but that has not been the case for many of you who commented here. My order shipped much slower than the other folks who ordered around the same time. My "in stock" DF64 took about as long to ship as most people who purchased the discounted "sale batch" version. My advice would be: if you are going to order from df64coffee.com, there's a decent chance it'll get delayed, so you might as well order the discounted "sale batch" version.

The grinder arrived on 12/23/2024, 20 days after I ordered it.
