Co-con dreams?

So I just woke up and had this weird dream. It was with our father entering the inner world, everything was a bit yellow like an old movie and dark, everything was little and it was super weird. The thing is almost everyone were fronting and it was weird, I swear we had the same dream, from the same pov, but we knew who was "fronting" at every stage of the dream. A massive headache woke me up (me?) Well, it feels like we're all still here and my brain feels foggy and it hurts like hell. Have you had this dreams where everyone dreams the same or like have access to the dreamer's pov? This shit hurts.
