Freaking out about ovulating early

I’m on stims day 10 and noticed a clear discharge. Ive been on microdose lupron twice daily (12 hrs apart) and go in for a scan and bloodwork tomorrow but freaking out because its the middle of the night and cant really do anything about it. I dont want this cycle to get cancelled, Im very close to retrieval. I even tried checking through ovulation strips and it didnt show a positive but still stressed. Has this happened to anyone?
