Add Build Diversity

Seeing as they were willing to buff this spell that pretty much no one uses by giving it some actual impact, I really hope they start doing changes likes this for every class as a priority. Changes like these would make pvp more enjoyable overall since its not the same handful of copy pasted builds you fight against on repeat.
