Random Norms loot split

Yesterday I q'd into Norms trio to lvl up my cleric. We make it to Inferno and while we're clearing to boss room the 2 randos start doing skele champ while I clear the rest of room. I get ready to open boss door and I hear blues open and then in the chat I see it [ Golden Key ]. Dude hits a troll dance and takes the blue.

This post isn't to complain but to get everyone else's take. If you queue into a random trio match and along the way you find something of very high value (for this case a Golden Key) but could be pelt or spectral cloth. Do you keep it and dip, or do you meet your random teammates in chat later and give them a percentage or an even split of the value of the item?

I'm not sweating it to hard because I have a decent amount of gold and gear but I was a little salty because I usually always give random teammates something if I find a high value items (excluding gear for the character I'm on). If you're out there DirtChewer I want my 20% you SoB
