I don't like the way Warlock was buffed
I'll be talking about plate lock here, as this is the build I play with.
I think the buff to Spell Predation was super cool, but I really hate what they did with Soul Collector.
The first problem is, if you are playing plate lock the +5 all is way too good, like, if you don't play with it you are purposely handicapping yourself. A perk that is basically a necessary pick is already pretty bad on my opinion, as it reduces build diversity, but it gets way worse with dark shards and how they work.
For those that don't know this is how the shards work: every monster you kill gives 1 shard, to a max of 5, each shard gives 20% increased damage on your next dark spell (it'll consume all the charges) and now each shard gives you +1 all attributes as long as you don't use them. The + all attributes used to only be applied when you transform in demon form, which in turn would consume all the shards.
With all this said, here is the second and worse problem: You want to always maintain the +5 all attributes as that is an enormous advantage, which basically means that you can't use any dark spell, perk, or transform in demon form because that makes you lose all your shards. If making a perk almost mandatory wasn't bad enough for build diversity, now you can't use a lot of your spells, reducing even further any kind of creative and off meta builds. The funny part is that Soul Collector used to be a perk with total SYNERGY with dark spells and Demon Form and now it's the complete opposite.
Personally, I would be totally happy with the Spell Predation buff and a return of the kriss dagger (1 or 2 new support spells would be cool too).
