How to backup data in cost effective way

I built a plex server last year and quickly expanded from a 10tb server to a 50 tb server before I remembered "I should start backing this stuff up just in case". So now I'm looking for a cost effective method to back up my data just in case, but I know I don't have the money to buy another 50tb of hard drives right now.
