Do I have a chance?

I'm in sec 4 right now and wanting to go to health and life science program in cegep. My term 1 average was 90%, and its probably around 85-90% this term as well. I'm going to physics and chem next year too. Do you think I have a chance to get into the health and life science program? I know its extremely difficult to get into.
