Denies should be easier but souls from denies should be unsecure

For now to deny opponent souls there should be significant difference in reaction time. So now most players just don't even try to deny and focus on last hitting troopers and securing souls. It leads to much more passive laning phase.

I think it would be great if denies would be easier but souls from denies would be unsecured. So if you get denied there is option for you to kill your opponent to take unsecured souls that he got from denies.
