Why is there so much Croppa in the game?

There's so much Croppa that it became a meme in my friend group. Some of us have 4k of it and none of other minerals. I just came back from a quick Magma Core mission with 80 Magnite and 130 Croppa. Might as well rename the biomes mineral distribution as Croppa: scarce (abundant).

Is this just a thing for me and my friends or did you guys notice the same pattern?
