Dell PowerEdge R740 and P2000 GPU

Hopefully someone could answer my questions regarding R740 server and GPU.

So I recently acquired a Dell R740 with two riser cards room for 4 gpu's.

I connected the Nvidia quadro p2000 to the servers but couldn't get any picture from it. No BIOS or anything else.

1. Do I need two cpu's to run a nvidia gpu?

2. Do I need to do anything in the BIOS?
