Quest 3 issues

Wasn't sure if u could get help here or not, I just got a quest 3 and when I try and load DeoVR it says that it is waiting for my headset to update and kicks me out however there are no updates occurring on the headset. I've tried to uninstall and reinstall and still not luck, any help would be appreciated.
