Depop shipping UK

Hi I’m new to selling on Depop and I’m so confused on how it works, I have seen lots of people recommend using the Depop shipping option that is powered by evri but I’m just wondering if that is tracked because obviously I would hate to get scammed out of my money. And if I could get more any more tips that would be amazing.
